Yambio is bracing for a football spectacle as Naduru and Baiparu prepare to face off in the grand final of the 2025 Inter-Area Football Tournament, a clash that promises intensity, passion, and history in the making.
Set to take place on Sunday, 27th July, at the iconic Yambio Freedom Square, the final match will mark the end of a fiercely contested competition involving 36 residential teams from across the county.
The two has dazzled spectators with their sharp attacking style and relentless energy.
As usual, thousands of fans are expected to flood the square with their fanny celebrations of drums pounding and flags waving, as the two top teams battle for bragging rights, local glory, and the coveted championship title.
The final will be graced by the presence of top State officials, Sports groups, partners and several community and faith leaders.
The program kicks off at 2:00 PM CAT, with the final match following shortly after.
With both Naduru and Baiparu hungry for the title, the atmosphere is expected to be electric and only one team will walk away champions.
