It sets fines of SSP 2.5 million for failure to keep residential areas clean or plant trees, and SSP 3.5 million for certain violations involving shop cleanliness and waste disposal.
The commissioner also directed business owners to comply with standards for business structures, giving them one month to make the required changes.
Violations could attract fines of not less than SSP 3.5 million.
The orders form part of the county administration’s measures to regulate business activities, improve sanitation and enhance the appearance of Juba County.
