Community elders have blessed Juba County Caretaker Commissioner Kalisto Lado Faustino following road-opening activities in Joppa, Shari and Arben Gudele residential areas.
The blessings took place on Thursday, 29 October 2026, as the commissioner inspected ongoing road-opening and construction works aimed at improving connectivity and access within the communities.
During the visit, Kalisto Lado reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to infrastructure development and better access to essential services.
He also announced plans to construct a bridge to help schoolchildren cross safely to school.
The commissioner warned residents against encroaching on public roads, football fields and land reserved for schools, hospitals and other public services.
The activities form part of Juba County’s efforts to improve road networks and promote orderly development in residential areas.
