The Central Equatoria State Ministry of General Education and Instruction has suspended Juba Integrated High School, Kadoro Branch, with immediate effect over multiple violations, including charging school fees in foreign currency.
In a ministerial order dated October 9, Caretaker Minister Lupai Satimon Andrew said the school failed to meet minimum operating standards, prevented students from attending classes without lawful justification, and collected school fees in foreign currency.
The school has been given five days to address the violations and submit evidence of compliance to the ministry.
According to the order, the school will only be allowed to reopen after a follow-up inspection and written authorization from the ministry.
The ministry warned that any attempt to continue operating during the suspension could result in further administrative or legal action.
